IDEX 2019

Under the auspices of the Ministry of Defence of Slovak Republic, the company KONŠTRUKTA-Defence, a.s. took part in International Defence Exhibition & Conference (IDEX) in Abu Dhabi, from 17th to 21st February, 2019. IDEX is considered as one of the most prestigious world events in the field of defence industry and it is the only international defence exhibition in the MENA region. It demonstrates the latest global trends in defence technology. The enterprises attending IDEX are producers, subcontractors and companies, which exhibit their technologies and solutions across land, air and sea sectors of defence. KONŠTRUKTA-Defence, a.s. attended IDEX as the producer of Self-propelled Gun Howitzers ZUZANA 2, currently treated as the most complex weapon systems manufactured in Slovakia, whose outcomes were highly evaluated by the UAE Armed Forces. Attending the exhibition, KONŠTRUKTA-Defence, a.s. deepened the common relationships and proceeded with successfully launched marketing activities with the UAE Armed Forces in the field of artillery systems.
