The Hand-Over Ceremony

The momentous occasion of handing over the first two units of 155mm 52cal. Self-propelled Artillery System ZUZANA 2 to the future user, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, took place on Tuesday, 1st August 2023 in our KONŠTRUKTA-Defence company in Dubnica nad Váhom.
KONŠTRUKTA-Defence is currently engaged in a full-scale production process to fulfil its commitments under the contract for the delivery of 16 units of ZUZANA 2 to Ukraine. This program, motivated under the Copenhagen Donors’ Conference for Ukraine Scheme, is jointly financed by Germany, Norway and Denmark.
The immense prestige of the occasion was supported by the presence of Prime Minister Ľudovít Ódor, Defence Minister Martin Sklenár, representatives of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs and representatives of Embassies of Denmark, Germany, Norway and Ukraine, business partners participating in production processes and representatives of media.
The event served as a symbol of joint unwavering support for Ukraine in their efforts to defend their country and protect the lives of their people against Russian aggression.
